Product Replacement Programs: Covers all products priced under $300.00. The Replacement Program will provide your customers with a replacement product of equal or greater quality if the product fails to operate in its prescribed manner. Replacements can be fulfilled by an actual physical replacement, a gift certificate, voucher, or co-payable check depending on your current capabilities.
Extended Service Plans: Covers all qualified products priced over $300.00. This program mirrors the type of coverage provided by the manufacturer as it relates to carry in, on site, or mail in service. The AMT ESP Repair Program covers all parts and labor required to keep the qualified product in operating order.
On-site Service: Is available as an upgrade on certain products that qualify under the Standard Repair ESP Program. Products in need of repair will be repaired onsite or if cannot be repaired onsite, the product will be picked up and returned at no additional expense to the ESP customer.
Comprehensive Service Programs: Covers multiple products in a consumer or business location utilizing one or more of the previous services to protect the purchaser from additional repair or replacement costs.

Protect-it™ Replacement Programs: Covers products priced under $500.00. The Protect-it™ Replacement Program provides your customers with a replacement product of equal or greater quality if the product fails to operate in its prescribed manner. Replacements can be fulfilled with a new, rebuilt or refurbished product.
Protect-it™ Repair Plans: Covers all qualified products priced up to $9,999.00 This program mirrors the type of coverage provided by the manufacturer as it relates to carry in, on site, or mail in service. The Protect-it™ Repair Program guarantees repair or replacement of faulty products.
Protect-it™ Accidental Damage from Handling Program: Added to Protect-it™ Repair Plan and provides your customers additional protection against accidental damage from handling.
